Our mission is to discover hidden gems. Across Honduras, promising producers are growing coffees with quality and potential that may not yet be visible to the wider market. We use data and AI to bring that potential into view, from green bean chemistry to precision roasting, giving every lot measurable evidence behind its value.
More than a one-time auction, Honduras Next Generation is designed to grow with its producers. Now in its second season, the auction is building a record of each producer’s progress, making that growth visible through data over time. Season after season, the data helps strengthen quality and create new opportunities for emerging producers to earn recognition on the global stage.
We believe great coffee is not found by chance. It is cultivated.

What does the data show?
The cupping scores sit within 2.0 points. Beneath them, flavor potential runs from 3.9 (NG-09) to 6.9 (NG-03) on the engine's 0–10 scale.
Taste potential is predicted from green-coffee chemistry, each axis on a 0–10 scale. TUS is bean-to-bean consistency across the 96 readings (3 scans × 32): higher means more uniform.
uncrack estimates are previews until the pricing model is trained.
